3.4 Platform Boundaries and Exclusions

To remain focused on core capabilities and mitigate regulatory risk, AiFortuna clearly defines the platform’s boundaries:

Non-custodial platform: The platform completes token issuance and settlement via smart contracts. It does not custody users’ fiat or other assets, nor does it provide investment or wealth management services.

No gambling or high-risk financial products: All subgames must pass a review process and may not include unlicensed lottery, gambling, or securitized contracts, in compliance with regional laws and regulations.

No guaranteed returns: The platform provides infrastructure and tools but makes no promises about future returns of any subgame; returns depend on the creator’s design, market conditions, and player behavior.

No content intervention: The platform offers templates and distribution channels for creators and does not actively intervene in game content unless the content violates laws or platform policies.
