3.4 Platform Boundaries and Exclusions

To remain focused on core capabilities and mitigate regulatory risk, AIFortuna clearly defines the platform’s boundaries:

• Non-custodial platform: The platform completes token issuance and settlement via smart contracts. It does not custody participants’ fiat or other assets, nor does it provide investment or wealth management services.

• No gambling or high-risk financial products: All sub-ecosystems must pass a review process and may not include unlicensed lottery, gambling, or securitized contracts, in compliance with regional laws and regulations.

• No guaranteed returns: The platform provides infrastructure and tools but makes no promises about future returns of any sub-ecosystem; returns depend on the creator’s design, market conditions, and participant behavior.

• No content intervention: The platform offers templates and distribution channels for creators and does not actively intervene in sub-ecosystem content unless the content violates laws or platform policies.
