9.5 Launch Checklist

Before officially releasing a sub-ecosystem, the team should complete the following:

• Security Audits: Perform at least one internal and one external security audit, and fix any vulnerabilities found.

• Monitoring & Alerts: Configure on-chain monitoring and risk alert systems to ensure any abnormal transaction is detected promptly.

• Grayscale Deployment: Roll out the sub-ecosystem in test environments or to a small participant group first; observe performance data before full release.

• Rollback Strategy: Establish an emergency plan, including how to pause operations, deploy urgent fixes, or migrate assets if needed.

• Audit Materials: Prepare detailed documentation of the economic model parameters, governance plans, and risk disclosures to assist the review and audit process.
